At Minnesota's Miracle LLC, we provide services to guide and help you obtain your medical cannabis card. We believe cannabis is natural medicine and can be beneficial to decrease or eliminate the need for prescribed narcotics.

MEDICAL CANNABIS CERTIFICATIONS
With a qualifying condition, and appropriate medical records, we can work with you to minimize your chronic symptoms.

$100.00 recertification
Qualifying conditions include:
Cancer, Glaucoma, HIV/AIDS, Tourette syndrome, Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), Inflammatory bowel disease, Crohn’s disease, Seizures, including those characteristic of epilepsy, Severe and persistent muscle spasms, including those characteristic of multiple sclerosis (MS), Terminal illness with a probable life expectancy of less than one year, Intractable pain, Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Autism spectrum disorder (must meet DSM-5), Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Alzheimer's disease, Chronic pain, Sickle cell disease, Chronic motor or vocal tic disorder
